Shipping & returns
Returns & refund policy
As each item is handmade or printed by order, we are currently not accepting refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Should you want to return a product, claim for a refund, a credit or a replacement product to be sent out, it would be because of one the following reasons:
You received the wrong product, or your product was damaged in transit.
Please contact us immediately within five business days of your delivery with photos to info@saskiaeve.co.nz and we will look at replacing your item(s).
We will send you a return courier ticket to have the goods returned to us. We recommend keeping the packaging and protective materials to send the item back. If your item arrives broken or damaged, We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly so please pack them up well so they can be safely returned to us :)
Refunds will be made the same way the initial order was made. We will assess the item upon return to ensure that these requirements are met before your refund is processed.
All returns must be made within five days of receipt of goods. Please email info@saskiaeve.co.nz to advise any problems so we can fix them quickly.
What are your processing & shipping times?
Enjoy complimentary tracked shipping within New Zealand on orders over $60; otherwise, a shipping fee of $8.
As each piece is made in a slow and thoughtful process, please allow 3-5 business days to be fulfilled, with an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Rural addresses or holiday periods may require an extra 2 days for shipping. This may take longer during peak-season periods. If you want your order to arrive on time, we recommend you plan it well in advance.
Click and Collect, from our Wellington studio is welcome and free; this option is available at checkout.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a "ready for collection" email notification with the details. Please contact us by either email or phone once you have received this notification to arrange a pickup time that suits you - info@saskiaeve.co.nz / 021 325 604

Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes, we offer free Click and Collect from our Wellington studio.
Where is my order shipped from?
From our home studio in Wellington, NZ
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been made and packed, an email with a tracking link will be sent to you. If you did not receive a tracking link, please email info@saskiaeve.co.nz
My order arrived damaged or broken, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately within five business days of your delivery with photos to info@saskiaeve.co.nz and we will look at replacing your item(s).
The order I received is wrong, what do I do?
If you have received an incorrect order please email us info@saskiaeve.co.nz and we will do everything we can to resolve this.
I put in the wrong shipping details what do I do?
If you put in the wrong address before the item has been dispatched email us info@saskiaeve.co.nz Saskia Eve will take no responsibility for items which are lost due to incorrect shipping details after dispatch.
I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation yet?
Check your junk or spam folders as often our emails can end up there. If you don't receive confirmation within a few hours of purchase send us an email info@saskiaeve.co.nz and we can provide those details for you. If your payment has been deducted from your account that is a good sign that your order has gone through.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping services, although we are working on making this available very soon. Stay tuned!
Can I change my order after I placed it?
Yes, there is a possibility we may be able to organise this for you. Please contact info@saskiaeve.co.nz immediately after your order has been placed and we can arrange the change in order.
